Compare a long, narrow hull with a round hull for an unpowered ocean survival vessel. State your assumptions about displacement, draft, loading, construction, center of gravity, and sea conditions. Evaluate buoyancy, stability, structural loading, and wave response. Identify the evidence and calculations needed to judge which design better serves that purpose.

About the Author

My passion is studying Scripture in its original context, with attention to history, architecture, and engineering. Project Arc grew from a desire to return to the biblical text and examine whether familiar reconstructions fit its details.

I have been married almost 25 years and am the father of two children. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Ouachita Baptist University and have spent much of my adult life in vocational ministry. I enjoy sharing this research through presentations, discussions, and educational events.
